I get the best inspiration just Googling : CSS Gallery - and browsing the variety of sites I find. CSS Drive usually has a lot of nice sites on there that will spark some inspiration.

I don't really get inspired by other web design companies. For a new site, I always look around at what other companies in the industry have done - and then I create something better. My inspiration comes from seeing the smiles on the faces of my clients.
