Editing Camtasia Videos

Hi,
I want a video editor to work along with me on a regular basis. I will be making Camtasia videos on a regular basis


I need
a. A Common Intro to be added
b. I need the last portion of the file to be cut out - last 10 seconds
c. I need a nice sound track to be added
d. I need basic stuff added in terms of reduction of noise level, removal of clicks and clippings
e. Converted and sent back as a flash file.
I can do all this but it takes me 5 mins on average. I have atleast 20 files lined up immediately and more to come.
If you can give me a good rate, will be happy to work with you long term.
