How to copy and paste a site template in my wordpress static page?

I purchased flexsqueeze theme which is good for creating nice landing pages.
I want to promote a sites clickbank product,so if I want to copy and paste the exact site from the main sites sales page,how will you do it in wordpress.
While creating a static home page,should I copy and paste the entire chunks of code while viewing the source.Should I copy and paste the entire css codes so that my site looks like the main Sales page itself.thanks.
I can see some javascript,css and other code when I view the source code.I want to make it in a wordpress page to utilize the benefits of wordpress plugins.

You might need to tweek the code a little, as it might not look exactly the same at first trial.
