Offline Portfolio Website Designs Needed -
We will be starting out doing more offline business consulting the next little while and will need to leverage website design portfolio's to maximize our up and coming sales process. Really we need to basically have some site designs to show clients that can or have been done.
I have been a designer in the past, know the business but wish to maximize my time with the marketing side and not the website design site of the business.
Since I have designed websites in the past, I have a preference for Wordpress designs which allows it to be more easily updated with changes either by ourselves or customers after some paid training and such. If you have better suggestions I'm all ears.
We're looking for someone or a team who have experience doing sites for offline small businesses or even large business. We will basically sell what our customers need but simple and effective squeeze pages, landing pages, static pages, and full blown sites are to be considered. We may even look at social media designs so keep this in mind as well.
Here some basic service level agreement (SLA) points to consider:
1. A small portfolio of designed sites that you have completed that we can leverage to pre-sell to our customers. We want to be able to have a portfolio of these sites on a number of our sites indicating that "we will create this website" with various changes as they require.
2. This portfolio, based on your existing sites created would be allowed to be mentioned in ads, websites with the expressed implication that we will "create a site similar to this one" for your business.
3. Mention of this service and these designs might be included in classified ads, brochures, banner ads, websites, and standard media including mobile marketing, TV and Radio.
4. We will indicate that "OUR" team of programmers/website designers are ready to build your site now!
5. Designated images (screencaptures), website design information and demo's would be provided and allowed to be uploaded to our website and marketing materials under an expressed agreement. Ownership of course will always be yours. Domain name significant of the design will not be used since that involves keyword research and not important to the core designs themselves.
6. We will not be obligated to sell any minimum number of sites during any said period of time, but we will do our best to maximize a profitable agreement.
7. Standard programming/website design rates would apply and negotiated so each party is happy. This would include our customers.
8. The team is responsible for both graphic design and website design.
9. Down payment with final payment process to be negotiated and final changes to website would be finalized during initial setup and agreement.
10. The customer is always right. Well, we will ensure that they get what they should and we'll make sure "our" agreement isn't a losing financial one.
We intend to ramp up the offline consultancy, so we like to have a team on board with credentials and portfolio in place.
