Can anyone help me edit a Wordpress theme?

Hi Everyone!

I've set up a wordpress blog using the Neo Classical theme by Chris Pearson. However, I want to customize the blog to suit my needs. Can anyone help me with this matter and does anyone know anybody with good web design skills that can help me out?
