website not updating

i am getting this problem which is making me bang my head against the wall.

over the last few days some sites just do not update on my computer, while when i check on other computers the sites have been updating and the problem really started bothering me as i made my first site and uploaded it yestoday but its just not appearing for me while it appears on everyone elses computer, i have deleted cookies and temp files but still nothing happens. i did a google search for it and found if i hold ctrl and press refresh in IE i can bypass the cache, which worked and my site was finanly visable. but i need it to work on firefox and fix this problem, is there anyone who can help me.

    You can try using ctrl+F5 to refresh

    it works but i have to press ctrl and f5 everytime otherwise a realy old page comes up

    In firefox, you can try Tools>Options>Privacy>Clear History When Firefox closes>Settings and check mark all the items. Then, the problem should be solved.

    i have tried that babji, it didnt work first but when i tried it today and deleted all files it worked but now the new page doesnt update and stays the same
