I had someone recently changed the theme on my blog. One of the things I wanted was to have a place on the sidebar with the tile "best online money making posts" where I could add links to my best posts. He did make that, but I cant find any place where I can add the links to it.

I looked in the links category and pages, but cant find it. when he modified the them, I think he messed up somethings. For example, before he modified the them, in the link category I had "making money online" and "blogroll". However, I asked to remove those and instead place " best online money making posts" and "online money making sites". Which he did.

But, I can not see those in the link category section, and whenever I add a link, it goes to "online money making sites". I looked into the "Default Link Category" as well, and no matter what I put as the default, it always goes to "online money making sites".

I kind of think its a problem in coding that section, but I am not very familiar with coding, so I dont know what to change or. I could pay him to fix it, but I want to learn it myself since its just a small tweak that probably won't take much time.Does anybody has any idea what the problem is and how it can be fixed? I would appreciate any help. thank you.

if I didn't explain it well, you can look at the lower part of of the sidebar of my blog where you can easily see what I mean.

Here is a couple of ways you can do that. You could go in to

    your wordpress admin
    click on appearance
    then click on widgets
Then scroll down tell you see the word text drag that icon over and up to your sidebar widget. Add your title where it says title then add your links and click save.

You can also drag the links icon over to the sidebar widget area on the right hand side and type your title and it will display current links make sure to click save.

Let me know if that helps.

    Take care

thanks for your help Brandon. I have tried to use widgets, and draged the link icon, but it didn't work.
But, since I red your comment, I tried using the text icon and it works. The only problem I have is that it shows on the top of all the other things on the sidebar, like "recent posts", recent comment" and etc, but I wanted to be in the lower section.
I know that I could use the widget area to drag the icon to where I want it to be shown, but, for some reason my widget area doesn't have those links ( recent posts, recent comments and etc) as widgets. So, the "text" widget is the only one, which means it stays on the top.
I dont know if I explain it clearly. Thank you again Brandon.
