I just want to know if I can set No Index within a DIV TAG or some other tag using HTML.
Please refer the pic. I want the RED portion to set on NO INDEX.

    Short answer: no.

Assuming you mean robots/google no index? Only works for full page, you can't no-index a part of a page. The search engines 'index' only pages.

Easiest way is to disable all page but you can do some trick with using pictures and cookies (sounds wired but that's true by the way)

On your pleace I will use all page disable probably. Easy way

    That's right.

You can only "Non Index" pages. But, not portion of the page.

There is only way you can do that. Create a webpage for that portion you don't want to get indexed & "non index" it.

      Hi,

You could turn that section into one big image. The page will look the same to the user but the image content is not index.

The only way that MIGHT work is to actually make that section a separate page (with a noindex meta tag) and put it in your regular page as an iframe.
