Unable to see new header

WEB DESIGN

Hi, I have had someone design me a new header for my WP site and they inserted it for me, but I am unable to see it. They tell me they can see it on their computer and even emailed me the screenshot.

I have cleared my history & temp files but still no luck. I am a newbie with no tech skills, so would appreciate any help from you guys.

maybe something wrong in the name of the header image. Check out the extension and somehow if you found all-caps-ed, then change it into small caps. Perhaps that works.

otherwise, i don't know.

You also might try clearing the cache in your browser.
