Is there a program that will allow an opt-in form to be filled out at the affiliate's site and the information automatically transferred to the company form and sent to them?

The reason I ask is that so many affiliate programs have great opt-in magnets that they offer anyone who fills in the opt-in forms on the affiliate web site. The problem is that when the prospective customer fills in the form, the information goes straight to the company and the affiliate does not get any of the the opt-in information though it was the affiliate who actually caused the the sale to be made.

Is there a program that will allow the customer to fill out an opt-in form on the affiliate's site and actually forward that information to the company's opt-in form and then send it to the company? I hope I'm making myself clear. Let me use an example:

Bob is an affiliate for AAA Company. The company gives him an affiliate web site and there's a form on the website that offers a great report on "how to use AAA gadgets to make huge profits." The customer must fill in the opt-in form and click "Get Your Report". Once he does, he is sent the report from AAA Company. The problem is that Bob does not get any of the opt-in information. He gets a commission but no list building info.

If there was a particular program that could insert an opt-in form into the web site and, as the customer filled out the form, the information that he filled in would be transferred to the company form and the information forwarded to AAA Company while also allowing Bob to partake of that information as well. Does anyone know of such a program?

The only way I know to do this is to place a squeeze page in front of the web site, but then the customer must fill out two forms with the same information. Is there a better way?

If there is such a program, I cannot find it. I don't know what it would be called either. Obviously nothing that I've tried searching for.
Thanks.

I believe the short answer is No. Flip the model, and consider:
You spend lots of time and money to create a product, sales materials, website, affiliate program, etc., etc. Maybe you even create the affiliates' sales page. Then a prospect lands on an affiliate's web page & clicks thru to your sales page. You've made the mistake of giving them a way out without buying, but at least they are willing to give you their contact info. YOU did all the real work involved in getting them to your site. How would YOU feel about giving that info to your affiliate?

In business, the person who spends the money & takes the risks is the one who gets the lion's share of the results - positive or negative.
