Hi Could you please check my website and suggest anything that would help my website ranking?

Hi

I noticed that you don't have a lead capture page on your web-site
or your blog.

You touch on skills that companies look for in a new hire on your blog.

Maybe you can create or hire someone to write a short report
on how to improve some of the skills and give it away in exchange
for an email address so you can follow up and try to make a sale

Try making the site look more legit and better looking. Especially how the logo is a low quality jpeg. Get a PNG instead. Some text comes out of the white area. a great design gets credibility and trust.

The logo looks like it has been 'Magic Wanded' for the red shaded areas - hense why it looks so distorted and the sitemap link at the bottom clashes like hell with the grey background.
On the recruitment page your bullet points slip into the left navigation.
No offense but if I was looking for a job/training - I'd navigate away to find a nicer, more businessy looking website - however if you are at beginner level of web design than it's very good.
The consitancy is nice though!

Love the design, but some of the logos are "fuzzy". It looks like they need to be sharpened, or that something happened in the image conversion process. It's not just the main logo- also the rollover buttons, and the image on the contact page.

You have too many words in the description of your website. Try to keep it under 200 characters. Google, when displaying your description, will only pick up that number.

Also, you should have less than 10 words in the keyword section. Try to pick out the most important search terms that you want to target for your site.

  1) A lead capture page is just a page with a form for your visitors to enter information, usually their email addresses, but usually people won't enter this information unless you give them some incentive to do so, for example, a "free report"
  
  2) Your page title doesn't need to be too long but should contain some keywords and describe what your site is about.
  
  3) The font you have now is 12px Trebuchet MS,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif, and to me it is a little small and hard to read
  
  4) There is no limit but you don't want to put too many, this is known as "keyword stuffing" and makes it a pain to read. In Ezinearticles they limit your keyword to less than 2% of your article wordcount
  
  5) There is no limit, but your description should be brief
  
  6) Try to use SEOQuake in Firefox to analyze your competitors' sites and see what keywords they have
  
  7) Off-site SEO is more important than on-site SEO, i.e. backlink building, media buying, etc. Even if you have perfect on-site SEO you won't get very far without backlinks

The bullets show up in the sidebar which looks not so good.
Fonts are fairly small overall. Site is a little narrow maybe.
Nice image hover effect on sidebar links, but they're all bunched together.
Logo is a little jagged or low res.
Padding is off all over the place and images in the sidebar don't line up well.
The site loads super fast.

i think the font used are too small, menu option below "corporate Training" does not fit better sliding it to the left, left margin each paragraph also does not fit.

Hello,
Trebuchet is my current favorite font... I'd bump it up to 12px. I'm guessing you're using it at 10px (apologies I didn't check).

Don't take offense but the grammar isn't very good throughout your site. Are you going to be using this site on an international level or within India as an IT Job portal?

I also agree with the comments above that the design needs to be cleaned up. There are tons of templates out there freely available.

Evidence that the site seems more legitimate and more beautiful. In particular, how the logo is of low quality jpeg. Get a PNG instead. Part of the text comes out white space. Great design can be the credibility and trust.

I would use a dark blue and white color combo rather than burgundy and grey color combo as you have utilized. Colors do make a subjective difference, which is why so many multi-million dollar companies focus on colors specific to their industry (i.e McDonalds uses yellow and orange - colors shown to enhance appetite).

  Use the Google keyword tool to see what keywords you want to go after, and start getting backlinks. Getting pr backlinks is 90% of ranking your site.
