Wordpress Error Help

Hello Warriors, Need some insight on an error I'm getting in WP. I uploaded the theme via FTP in wp-content/themes then activated in admin panel.

When I activated my theme, I am getting an error as follows:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/XXXX/public_html/xxxx.com/wp-content/themes/antiaging/functons.php 28) in /home/XXXX/public_html/xxxx.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 790.

Then another same warning on line 791.

Can anyone give some insight to what is happening, is there a simple fix?
This is interferring with all modifying of my site. Thanks to anyone who can help and knows what this basically is telling me. Tresa.

It sounds as if there may be extra whitespace in the themes functions.php file (or one of the files it references). Open up that file and make sure there's no extra spaces before the <?php (at the beginning) and after the ?> (at the end).

  Thanks for your reply mrmagos. I have tried to clear up white spaces but I am getting a parse error now. I'm going to try and start over.

yes, just get back your original wordpress site running first, then delete the theme folder in wp-content/theme.

after that, recoding (if u code by ur own), or re-download ur theme, i believe it might be cause of corrupted files.
