Wordpress theme not loading properly?

I have latest wordpress installed. When I try installing any theme some of the image of theme like buttons, navigation bar etc are missing. Is anyone facing this problem or has solution to it?

Haven't come across that problem, though it could be due to any number of factors. Care to share the URL? If we can get a chance to look at the site, we may be able to tell you what's wrong.

seems ur theme isn't compatible with the newest wp version. just downgrade ur wp and request ur design to update ur theme version?
