WP All In One SEO pack question

I've had a look on their forum (questions but few answers) but not got a result and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of Doc's I can find.

In WP 3.01 EDIT PAGE what are the Title Attribute and Menu Label used for and how are they used?

I've played about and tried to see it there are any on screen changes but not seen any. I'm using the menu widget with a vertical menu in the side bar of a Artisteer theme.

    Menu Label is how the link to the page would appear in navigation menus. Title Attribute is added to the anchor - you would see this if you hovered over the link to the page in the nav menu.
