I am awfully confused and need Help

Most sites have this but i have no idea how to do it but it must be so simple.

I only want 3 Pages on my header. Home, Contact us, and Blog.

I want 1 static page in the Home page describing my main keyword (domain name) and providing information on that KW.

My blog page will contain random usefull posts, and my other keywords will be in categories.

Now how do i create a post or edit the "home page"??
I dont want to create a "sticky post" because i dont want anything else on that page, the blogs go to the blog directory.

I also cannot create a page and set it to static, because it then shows up unnecessary links to pages in the header. (home goes to New page, and new page goes to home. This is stupid.

To sum up, dfgdf.com - webarchiv Resources and Information. This website is for sale! = Home page with static content.

In the "home page there needs to only be 3 pages contact us home and blog. Home i cant edit, and it cant go in blog because i dont want any aditional post's on the main page. I just want to be clear, Can anybody help??

Thanks

First, create a page that will be your home page, and another that will show your blog posts e.g Home and Blog. Go to Settings > Reading. Under "Front page displays" select "A static page" and set the page you want as the Front page. However, if your theme is being silly and showing 2 "Home" links in your navigation, install the Simply Exclude plugin, edit the page and uncheck the box for "Include this page in lists of pages" in the right column, then Update.

That exclude plugin is awesome, have used it religiously for some time.
