After someone to develop a WordPress theme - can you please advise me...

Hi Warriors...
I'd like to know what type of developer I should approach regarding getting my rough WordPress theme/site made up:

My business partner has suggested that perhaps the PSD to WordPress people/companies are not the type we need to take our ideas into a finished WordPress site.

Any suggestion on what path we should go down??

    try Professional Wordpress Themes - Free Wordpress Templates, one of the best wp designer I know of. I believe he can do the conversion for you.
