Hi,

I am looking to develop a website which will allow to broadcast live video to the website from seminars/lectures. How would I do that? Currently Paltalk is used but now the requirements is to have the broadcasts on the website.

Also would like to have the video's saved as well if that is possible or would they need to record seperately and then upload?
