Needing to hire web design / wordpress help

I need to get a quote to update a wordpress blog and add an wordpress page to a site. There are some changes to the header, removing some sidebar items that came standard with the template, changing some colors and fonts.

I need this done asap and have everything written up that I need done in detail. I haven't submitted here before so I'm not allowed to have url's in my post which makes that description useless.
