New site layout

My new site layout has been running a little while now and I am considering a new one. I know Flash is bad for rankings which is why this is now .css but looking at other portfolio sites it seems to be a great way to be noticed (if you have something really innovative anyway).

I've been trying to get noticed by award sites and general websites which promote the best designs. Currently I feel without going fully Flash my site is doomed to fit in with the billions of other bland places out there.

I've entered a group of award sites (12 yesterday), the only feedback was a silver from the Nodus Awards.

Any advice or tips?

    The content font is too small and dark enough that makes it hard to read. I have 20/20 vision so I am sure others would have problems reading it. Enlarge the font size to the same font size in your blog and make it brighter (the text color).

    i think it is a really cool design just one question do you really intentionally make the title small? coz you got a wide big header and i recommend you to atleast use those space, to make it readable.

    Fonts made slightly bigger and contact page updated. Any more input? Would it be worth making some kind of 'link to us' bit in the links page?

    My feedback:
    - You have your logo into your h1 tag - there should be phrase between the h1.
    - Font is okay for me but I can imagine some people are having problems with it.
    - The design is very dark, it arent my favorite colors.
    - I my opinion a menu should give track where you are and also like other(s) mentioned there is no hover.
    - Color of URL should be different so people know where and what it is.

    The rest seams to be okay
