DUPLICATE WEBSITE CONTENT?

I have a plumbing client who has 5 local offices in Metro Atlanta. I created both Google Maps local listings and simple one page Wordpress "sales page" websites. The websites are primarily to increase optimization of the Maps listings to page one. Except for the city name in the business names and domain names, the listings and websites have identical copy. The listings appear to be separate companies with unique addresses and phone numbers. Will Google penalize for "duplicate content," or should I go back and change each listing and website?

Very rarely will a site receive a duplicate content penalty.

I have seen a couple of sites that were 100% rss feeds and duplicate content that were delisted from google. But like I said, its very rare.

THANKS Kev! That's what I thought -- particularly since each website and listing is giving the Google searcher exactly what they want: basic details on the services of a LOCAL 24/7 emergency plumber.
