Need URGETN help, hiding my site from google

WEB DESIGN

I outsorced a WP blog to promote my company, but I am getting endless hassels from my boss and if i juts dump the site then it still shows up in the search engines, its on the 1st page of google for 2 keywords. So I heard that you can install something that hides the site from google so it does not show up at all?

You can go into the wp-admin and change your settings to be hidden from the search engines. But your site was already crawled and indexed, so it may take a while for the site to be removed.

Hmm...1st page on google seems like a good thing? What's up with your boss?
