Newbie with a few questions regarding the All-in-One SEO plugin

I'm currently in the middle of making my first blog post at my new website. So far so good, but I'm a bit confused with using All-in-One Seo plugin. Please forgive me if these questions are extremely simple. Here are the questions:

1. If I'm using the All-in-One Seo plugin's "keywords" section (the one found under your Wordpress edit post section) would I still fill out and use WordPress's "Tags (Simple Tags)" section? In other words, is the All-in-One Seo plugin a replacement for wordpress's "Tags (Simple Tags)" section?

2. When I'm writing a post do I need to include the phrases I put into the All-In-One Seo's "keywords" section in my post? For example, if I include the keyword phrase "finding a date" in the All-in-One Seo plugin, should I make sure to occasionally put "finding a date" in my post?

3. If the answer to question 1 is that I should use both WordPress's "Tags (Simple Tags)" section and the All-in-One Seo plugin keyword section for my post, can I use the same keywords in both sections?

4. Finally, when entering keywords into the All-In-One Seo plugin should I include a word followed by a comma without a space, i.e, (dating tips, finding a date, rules of the game, dating on the go) or separate the keywords with a space after the comma, i.e., (dating tips, finding a date, rules of the game, dating on the go)? I know this has been covered many times but some guides say to do it one way and others say the opposite. Therefore, I'm unsure as to which is correct.

Thank you for all your help. I'm completely new to this so again please excuse the simplicity of the questions.

    Here are some quick answers:

    1. Keywords and tags do slightly different things. Tags are a way of filing your articles within your site (so are more internally focused), keywords are what people would type in to a search engine to find what you're writing about, so are more externally focused. Therefore you can use both.

    2. It's good practice to have your keyword phrase in headings and your post title. The search engines are now so good at synonyms that as long as you're on topic in your post you don't need to repeat your specific keyword phrase - especially if by doing so it makes your copy read awkwardly.

    3. You could, but remember that keywords and tags do different things, so do so only if it works.

    4. It doesn't really matter whether you add a space after the comma or not.

I think All-in-One SEO is still being supported. It's only 90 day old since it's last update.
