Need help with twitter like Icon

Hello folks.
Am at the moment creating a blog and need a helpful hand, because am really bad at graphic editors. I would be really happy, if someone from this community would help me out and make my day.

In my country, where is a social networking website similar to facebook, so i need an icon for it, so that people could subscribe to my page. I stumbled up on this facebook icon: http://www1.picturepush.com/photo/a/...20/4345214.png
and fell in love with the look of it.
So the thing is, I need this: http://www3.picturepush.com/photo/a/...onymous/dr.jpg
the free person icon to be made (copied) in to the facebook icon so that it looks neat and nice.
