Wordpress customer header help please

Hello,

I have a question regarding my wordpress blog and I have one of the default themes and I'm trying to find a different theme or a plugin that will help me uplaod a custome header in any size that I choose. The picture I want to use is 480 x 570. I would even gladly hire someone for a fee if you can help me because I'm so frustrated. Thank you!

    Why not try Artisteer. You can make your own themes for Wordpress, Joomla, Blogger, Drupal, and html pages. They have a free trial period if you don't want to buy the software.

    Thank you. That was a great link but I'll try it out. However, I still would like to have someone help me figure out how to upload my own header in the size I wanted.

    480x570 is kind of an odd size to use for a header graphic - it's going to take up a lot of your 'above the fold' real estate.

    Your theme's header and style files will need to be modified. I will take a look if you want to email me. You can get in touch with me through the link in my sig since you can't send PMs yet.
