Wordpress (3.0.1) Post/Page Question

I'm setting up a niche "adsense" static site and will have at least 5 pages of content, i.e one article per page.

As it's not a blog, I'm assuming that I won't need to add posts(?) as they're irrelevant for static sites (?)?

That being the case, how do I apply keywords to the pages? (for the SEO)
When I upload the content into "new page" there seems to be no facility to add any tags (KW's) that would be relevant to my niche.

It would appear that "Parent" facility is not what I'm looking to for (... is it ?).

I' also guessing that plugins such as Onlywire.com are the tools that will do all the necessary SEO.

Thanks for your feedback/advice

Thanks Andre, might there be any issues with potential "cross-fertilization" or doubling-up with such (SEO) plug ins? I do have a duplicate copy plug-in blocker, but am unsure whether it worlks for page content, or posts.

Not at all they're specifically built and safe for the job, used on wp sites by hundreds of thousand, if not millions. There are some more but these two are among the most popular ones and most recommended.
