I just installed wordpress through simple scripts and I was wondering how to I go to the theme editor to manage my theme?

    You'll find it under Appearance/Editor. On the top right there is usually a drop down menu so you can pick the folder for the theme you are using.

    As Ryah says and hopefully you can code PHP, HTML, CSS as this is in no way WYSIWYG
