i'm looking for a web designer to build a site that involves the following:

-User accounts/profiles
-Ability for users to post to the community "bulletin board"
-Have various community "bulletin boards" that a user can belong to (sortof like how facebook has networks for each user)
-These community "bulletin boards" are each like a twitter feed where each user can post to
