I want to create a site very similar to this one:

How does he do it? In terms of the fetch pics from the chosen directory where thousands of pics are. This site is essentially set on auto-pilot.

I suggest getting an Offline webpage viewer; download the entire site and view the source code.

This will teach you how to code your site and learn what he did. You can also reverse engineer the website and make it your own; but be careful of copyright laws.

  That doesn't really make any sense because the website's running server-side scripting to get the job done. They more than likely content scraping with PHP, or have a database with thousands of bikini pics that they update the site with on an automatic schedule.
