PSD Updates / PSD to Wordpress (Designer Needed)

We are wanting to change my web site to WordPress (PSD to WordPress) and add 3 more page tabs [Online Marketing], [Business Opportunities], [Members], I need full control over content. I am currently using my blogger blog for updating my customers about current information, I am definitely looking for an experienced designer for photoshop and wordpress coding. Typically, I would use freelancer for a designer, but for some reason I have a good feeling I will find the designer needed for this project on here.

Wordpress (PSD to WordPress)

I am also going to need the following added to my PSD:
1. Navigation Bar needs 3 New Pages: Online Marketing, Business Opportunities, Members

2. The members area will be private and for paid members, I will have the download links for Connections Connected Directory, Drop Shippers and Exhibitors Directory, Online Marketing - SEO Ebook Tutorial, Business Opportunities Ebook Tutorial, I would like the private members area to be where I can post timeless blogs for downloads and relevant business information for my clients.

2. Remove "Payment Options" page, it is completely unnecessary, since I receive all my payments with paypal, remove "Search Option".

3. Redesign the Banner and change the fonts

4. Logo Redesign: I want same concept but slightly tweaked.

5. I want the blog to have timeless posts

6. Add Facebook, RSS, Youtube logo tabs, I provided visuals on the link below, that is not the exact look just an idea of what I am looking for.

7. Navigation bar fonts would look better with a different font.
