Lost - project help/advice please.
I am looking for some advice.
I own triviachamp dot com and it has been doing fairly well, but could be so much more.
I would like to have a more interactive type site that offers badges and rewards for points earned, user accounts, quests and other similar features. I do not know if it is simply my luck or if I am going about things the wrong way. Twice now, I have paid a substantial amount of money to have these features incorporated into the site and ended up with results that could not be used.
So my questions are as follows:
Should I have all the graphics and website layout done first and then worry about the coding and games?
Should I hire someone to manage the site development?
Any other tips and/or advice would be most appreciated.
