    keep it simple. close ur tags. use good keywords . keep em at like 2-4% density. use links.. get back links. voilla.

    This is the first time that I saw a web page with double spaced paragraphs as main content. Your website also has too much content in one page. Try to divide the page content into several pages.

    Keywords must be unique and title tag. use links. get back links . use various seo tools according to your website content and design.

    Actually, theres much more you can / should do.
    1. Use title tag in header properly - the fewer words the more, be direct
    2. Use h1, h2 ,h3 tags properly - put your priority keywords in them
    3. Try to eschew images inline, if you cant, use the "alt" attribute
    4. Dont use flash
    5. Check if your html is valid (validator.w3.org)
    6. Always add normal href attribute to an anchor, even if your doing javascript onmousedown/onclick trickery (common mistake)

    Also, if you're into the subject, I'd suggest you reading some kind of a SEO ebook where they go deeper in onpage optimization.
