Cheap outsourcing?

I'm on a low budget. If I already have the design for the website where can I find someone that will add the content (text, images, etc) on each webpage for cheap?

Is it possible to find someone that will do it for a $50 to $100 pay?

Any help will be appreciated.

  • Well to be more accurate recently a webmaster I was working with disappeared on me. I designed the banner and he worked on the rest, but didn't finish.

    This is the website.
    (Too be honest I'm not too happy with the design).

    There are five pages in which I need help formatting the content. I already have everything ready in Word documents.

    Please let me know what can be done.
