I'm not sure whether this is the right section for this question, but here goes.

I do customer support for a health-related website, and one of my tasks is to respond to blog comments. Before I can answer some of the comments, I need to either do further research or get a response from the site owner, so I skip the comment for the time being.

Is there any way, perhaps via a plugin, to make notes on comments and/or keep track of which ones I need to go back to?

Right now, I'm having a hard time keeping track of which ones I still need to respond to, and some are getting lost in the shuffle.
