Are you sure that this is the result of a hack and file deletion?
I only ask because your site is perfectly intact, apart from the flash object..

Maybe your web directory for the domain is set to something else?
It's got to be reading those files from somewhere!

First of all your PC is not your hosting company. You seems to be working with Websitewelcome.com.

There is no way somebody erase something inside your public_html folder and your website is still up.

You domain is pointing to a public_html folder that has files inside.

What you can do is go to that public_html folder inside the Hosting company that has your website and download the files from there.
