Which free website builder?

Wix has a very good website builder, only drawback is you cannot take the pages you created elsewhere to be hosted.
Are there any recommendations for a free sitebuilder similar to wix, with it's drag and drop style editing, and the ability to bring the design to a reputable hosting company?
