LIghtbox scripts (with DELAY timer) to display any HTML?

I have been trawling around for a while looking for a script to display a classic popup lightbox (not Wordpress, any platform), but one that has a delay timer.

TopUp (The #1 Javascript Pop Up / Lightbox - Get TopUp! - Home) looks awesome and does everything I want EXCEPT it only seems to activate when a link is clicked on. I want an aWeber-style delayed popup that hits the visitor after X seconds of being on my site. And it's not for an optin, I want to be able to display arbitrary HTML in there (ooo, CPA offers, say).

Any suggestions? Free solutions always preferred of course

    • I did find one in the end, I can't remember even what it's called, but you can Google it. Took a bit of work figuring it out. And I wish I'd never put it on there. My site got slapped about a week later and has never recovered. May not have had anything to do with it, but pop-up CPA offers? Hmm, not sure Google likes that...
