how do i input aweber info into optin graphic jpeg.

hows it going guys. i have a normal jpeg graphic that i want to use for my optin form on my blog...but i cant figure out how to cut the mail and email sections out so that they can enter that info into my aweber form..
please help..

i have photoshop and dreamweaver both cs5
windows 7

    Just remove (erase) the current portion of the image with the optin stuff. Then just create a table or div and make that image the background and paste in the code within the table or div and align as necessary.

      yeah this is what i need to do..but how do i erase that portion in dreamweaver..i cant find any erase options.

    you will need to open it in paint or photoshop and erase it that way.
