How do I adjust the height on a webpage?

Ok, so this is probably a very simple problem but I'm not very good at HTML and the design program I'm using totally blows

The problem is that the page is too long.

Check out what I mean here

The page should stop after the signature and instead it keeps scrolling. I've adjusted the height in the design program Im using but the published version keeps coming out like this.

Please help!

    I see it now. I'd start over... get rid of that code and I'm sure your problem will disappear. Sorry, I can't help you with it.

    This may be the problem. This div is set 2227px from the top of the page which pushes it way down below everything. You should be able to just delete it since it's empty. It's about line 88 if you look at the source of the page in the browser.
