How to let html page body appears after the flash header?

Good Day,

I have a web site, where it has 5 different flash headers for 5 pages, the problem is the flash takes some time to load, while the html body under it appears instantly.
So I need to make the html body appears after the flash header finish it's animation.

    a couple ideas come mind but will require some coding.
    1. power effects, use this to change the html into a js file and set it to load on completion of the page load.
    2. place the flash in to a loading page then redirect to the main page.
    3. reduce the size of the flash header to increase loading time.
