Freelancer is a good place to get a good designer and with excellent prices...I mean I don't know if you have use and outsourced website but they are great...Odesk and elance are good places too...I prefer a lot Freelancer thought...

Many web hosting providers include wysiwyg site builders.

GoDaddy, HostGator are a few of them.

They could include Joomla, WordPress, SohoLaunch, RV and other builders.

You can ask your webhosting provider or look in your cPanel (it has a content management or sitebuilder section).

Of course, it depends on what you need.

There are paid and free sitebuilders.

        I use free ones.

If you are a highly sophisticated user, shop around.

Most cPanel users don't use more than its 15% potential.

        Sincerely,

        Antonios

If you use a free builder, you won't have a quality website. Plain and simple. I get calls all day from people that tried it out but want something professional instead of a site that looks like it is 10 years out dated.

Link in the signature, shoot me an email and we can get this started.

Personally I like to go with Notepad++ and code by hand, but as far as builders go, I'd recommend Expression Web. It is a bit fashionable to bash Microsoft these days, but they do some really nice things too. This is one of them.

At Webhostingtalk, a couple of people have switched from Dreamweaver to EW. It has a heavy emphasis on valid code, which is a nice turn around for MS. You can get the physical dvd install from Amazon, but the cheapest (if you have a US postal code in your credit card address) is the downloadable version from MS. You keep the key and can download it again if the computer crashes.

I did put up a page about it with more details, at wysiwyg editors

The valid code part of it has helped me sort out errors a few times. Usually I go through a validator first. Sometimes they will report about dozen errors where there is only one, and it can be hard to sort out. When I put the same page in EW one time, it just had a light highlight over the exact error. That one was a relief.
