Hey guys... I would like make design for my website...

New York Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery Cleaning in NYC & (NJ) New Jersey Carpet Cleaning Services

on the page main... left side middle the widget looking thing... that says 3M scotchguard with the little baby...

is there a website program that allows me to make something like this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • If you don't have the $$ for photoshop, you can also try a program called gimp. It's not as good as photoshop, but it's FREE.

    And yes, you need a program like photoshop or gimp to make banners like that.
