Put the Image as the background in KompoZer

Hey guy's
Im wondering can i put an image as the background in KompoZer?
I just need one image though(not a repeated background) as the Image is the webpage but i need to write over it and put a Video Box on top of it.

Is there any way to do that?
For Example Wrap Picture Behind Text in MS Word. thats what im trying to do.
