Music Download site - Digital record company - what software?

Hey Guys I was talking to a friend about helping him out doing a record label with online digital downloads (paysite)

Can anyone recommend any good software for doing something like that?

Like ecommerce software or something

You can use something like ejunkie or shopify for the ecommerce part, then store all the music on your own server(VPS, dedicated, or Amazon S3). With a little scripting you can make it a seamless process for users of the site... eg they purchase from ejunkie and get he download from your server.
