Adding a border

Hi guys, all i wanna do is ad a xmas border around my mini-site, i am still learning the ropes to add content, i can manage on most things but not this.

Can someone direct me to some info on this matter and also where might i find and download borders, ty

  • I use dreamweaver, but having looked again I can't see how to put a border on to be honest, sorry.
