I want to be able to create my own mini sites/landing pages, what language should I learn?

As the title says, I want to be able to create my own mini sites or squeeze pages. I've never programmed before, but I am pretty sharp & dedicated. I know nothing about website design though. The most I've done is create a website through wordpress. Not impressive, lol.

    designing ur own own mini site , you can use web designing tools like Dreamviewer,frontpage etc etc
    creating stylish button on the pages ,u can use (csstab) tool.
    for animation (swish max4) can be used.

    for simple static site and landing page you dont need to learn any language just use proper HTML ... you can create it easily
