Lots of Crappy posts in my Blog. Should I delete them?

You are definitely being spammed by people trying to get a backlink via your website.

Best thing to do is to delete them.

  Do you have Google Analytics installed. If so, quickly find those posts that have received zero or very view hits and cull those. See what you have left. Try then to determine if you are getting any value - sales, email sign ups etc.
  
  Keep the good (if there is any) and cull the bad.

  My concern with culling the bad posts is that I they might have been indexed and when these posts are then not present anymore on my site this is is punished by Google.
  
  Would I need to have a 301 redirection for the posts that I deleted or maybe only for the indexed ones?

  I just tried it on one site to redirect all the crappy posts (with the redirect 301 command in .htaccess) and we´ll see what will happen. Hopefully this works and it´s not punished by Google.
  
  I reckon that I also have to delete the actual posts on the website.

  From a search engine perspective, only the indexed ones. If there were incoming links that visitors were following, then that might also be a good reason.

Yup those are backlinking and that is the reason you are being spammed so heavily. Delete the crappy links and keep the good ones

I do not recommend you to delete those posts as those posts have been indexed by Google and if people would start to get 404 error page while reviewing them, you would be penalized by Google.You may edit those post to make sensible enough to be in your blog and add some inbound links in them.

The content in the blog always should be of niche types and related to category of blog otherwise it would not help to get required traffic for making good online business through a blog.

Do not delete the posts or change their permalinks. But do hange the title and upgrade the content to suit your needs. Strip out the links to other websites. It sounds like a lot of work, but it is still quicker than starting over. Don't waste time figuring out what Google has and hasn't indexed, what Google may or may not do. You can now add a lot of value to your site, by taking these autoposts and turning them into content that makes sense for your site. That's what I have done with the few blogs I have where I was not moderating the posting. I now moderate.
