I would like to make a website that shows gasoline prices around town. I would like people to be able to come and post the prices they find. At the same time, I would like the posts to be orderly so that people who come to the site can search for the lowest price in their area. What is the best way to do that? Thanks.

use joomla and search for the extensions you require to customise.
there is a site called petrolprices.com which you can embed their widget also
