Joomla Question with Contact Form in Module position

So, what do you guys use for a contact form in a module position? Like if you wanted someone to request a quote and fill out a form there in a module position for each page? It isn't the typical contact form you see in a contact section, it would be on EACH page?

You may use these free nice modules for contact form. place them either left or right side and it will display on all pages.

CK Forms - Joomla! Extensions Directory

CK forms allow user to create any kind of form with any kind of form elements. You may create a kind of contact form and can place it as a module.

CK forms is what you need.
