I need a Wordpress designer for client project

I have a landscaper who I've contracted to build a new site for. I want it to have a similar feel as this site Landscape Construction | Landscape Design | Landscape Maintenance

I own an elegant themes license and will pay for someone to make the theme sing as well as integrate marketing into the blog.

I don't just want a pretty site that doesn't convert!!

  • Hi, it looks like you should be able to develop the look using the elegant theme, the only challenge I can see would be graphics, and site setup, now voice lessons for themes that may be a real challenge.

      I just have such a bad eye for design, even using an elegant theme I really don't do great work.

      I'm a much better writer...
  • does the client have graphics, (landscaping, images, you can develop into a slider or jquery "player" like the example,)?

    really all you have to do is setup wordpress then setup the slider, gallery plugin, with images, you could use a fat footer plugin too, what you need is data from your client, draw up a mock up and propose the content sections, once you have a layout you can build the framework to support what the client wants.

    • My issue is that I need the theme tweaked - customizing and creating a kick butt header, etc.

      I can upload pics..

      It's the "look and feel" of the site with the header and maybe tweaking the overall look a bit so that it "fits" the clients needs...

      You mention in a reply a "fat footer" plugin. I have been trying to find one for a couple of months now - do you have a url for one - even a premium plugin. trying to do something like on the BBC frontpage
