My wordpress posts,
are being

Newer posts and Older posts.

I don't wanna be like this. My wanted is as "pes-patch.com".
What i want is pages.
How can i do it, do i need a plugin.
Please>>

It seems like you want a static site. You can do this simply by creating pages and putting your content in them. You can also create child pages to make a nested hierarchy. Just use the Pages section on your Dashboard. Then go over to your Reading Settings and set a static page to be your landing page instead of the blog.

  There is a wordpress plugin On wordpress.org, that will convert posts-to-pages.
  
  Then you can re-order to whatever way you want.
